Coach Jon has been in the CrossFit Community for the past 6 years and has been Coaching for 3 Years. He has experience coaching many types of athletes. Jon found CrossFit in his 40s and has been able to gain back much of his own athletic ability through the functional movements CrossFit adheres to.
Coach Jon's CrossFit journey began in 2019 when a close friend invited him to the gym. In the early days of his journey, he was pushed by numerous people at the gym to not only get better physically, but nutritionally and mentally.
Jon is here to use his knowledge and experience to build a team of people and community that helps each person that walks through our doors to achieve whatever they came in to achieve and maybe even go beyond those personal expectations.
Jon is a father of 4 which gives him a great understanding of our Kids programing and how it needs to be catered. He also knows the best ways to keep kids interested in their physical fitness.
Lexis is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher with a background in Biomedical Sciences, Anatomy, Competitive Sports, Ayurveda, and Reiki. Combining years of education in functional fitness, therapeutic practices, and yoga instruction, she offers a well-rounded approach to health and wellness. Her mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health by cultivating balance, resilience, and self-sufficiency through the practice of yoga.
Lexis began her yoga journey in 2012 as a means to manage stress and anxiety during her demanding college years and athletic career. Experiencing firsthand the transformative power of yoga, she was inspired to pursue a path that would enable her to share these benefits with others. Yoga not only improved her physical and mental well-being but also taught her to approach life with greater clarity, strength, and ease.
Her teaching style is intentional, approachable, and rooted in science. Lexis integrates principles of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic movement to create classes that are both educational and accessible. She tailors each session to meet the needs of her students, whether they are beginners seeking foundational guidance or athletes aiming to improve mobility, recovery, and performance.
Students can expect an engaging and supportive environment where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. Lexis emphasizes clarity in communication and equips her students with tools they can carry beyond the mat, fostering greater mobility, flexibility, and stress management in their daily lives. Her classes are designed to promote physical and mental resilience, leaving students feeling balanced, empowered, and confident in their ability to navigate life with less tension and greater ease.
Will is a Level 1 CrossFit Coach who has a great passion for Coaching movement and technique. He has been in the CrossFit community for 3 years and has seen what CrossFit can do for him personally and knows that he can use his knowledge to help others achieve their Fitness and Nutrition Goals.
