CrossFit Haptic Classes

CrossFit Haptic Classes are some of the most fun and challenging classes you can be a part of. Community is the key to reaching your fitness goals and CrossFit Haptic has one of the most supportive and encouraging communities you will find. If you are new to CrossFit, our onboarding process gets you prepared to be in a great class. You will not just start in a class without knowing what you need to.

FlowFitX Yoga Classes

Our classes are dynamic, educational, and engaging, designed to be supportive and enjoyable for all levels. With props and adaptable options available, we ensure accessibility for every body type and physical ability. Focused on recovery, injury prevention, mobility, stability, and flexibility, our sessions balance the body’s major muscle groups used in CrossFit and repetitive daily activities.

Specialty Classes

At CrossFit Haptic we offer specialty classes to help you with tips and technics that make all movements easier. We offer the following specialty classes: Haptic Cardio, Technical Strength, Fly High Gymnastics, Competitive Edge, Tight Core, and Flex Your Mobility.

Personal Training

Our CrossFit Coaches all offer one on one personal training and would love the opportunity to work with you to tailor a personal focus to help you achieve your long term goals.

CrossFit Haptic Kids

At CrossFit Haptic we welcome everyone from age 6 - 100+. Our Kids program is designed for those under 16yo. This program is designed to teach good technique and to have Fun while getting a great workout and understanding of what health and fitness really is.

CrossFit Haptic Masters

At CrossFit Haptic we welcome everyone from age 6 - 100+. Our Masters program is designed for those over 50 and gives many scaling options and alternate movements to promote balance, agility and range of motion.
